What we collect
When you request a booking or send us a message, we receive your name, email address, stay dates and party size. Our web logs record standard technical details such as browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the site fast and secure.
How we use it
Your details are used to answer enquiries, hold and confirm reservations, and — only with your permission — to send seasonal news. We never sell personal information, and we share it only with the service providers needed to run the campground, such as our payment processor.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for three years for accounting purposes, then deleted. Unanswered enquiries are removed after twelve months. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data by emailing stay@heronsonglake.com. We respond within 30 days. If you believe we have handled your data unfairly, you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
Cookies
This site uses a minimal set of cookies to remember interface preferences such as menu state. No advertising trackers are installed.
